Family Career Development – Dr. Cummings emphasizes the importance of finding one’s “WHY.” By encouraging each family member to discover their special gifts and talents, the program aims to instill a sense of purpose, so young people will have control over life’s circumstances, become valued community members, and enjoy a better life every day.
